“Diversity is important in any career, but specifically in motorsports. The reason I say ‘diversity’ is because we are looking for diversity of thought. Diversity of thought comes from different backgrounds. It can come from where you grew up, where you were born, or the people that you work with. When you have a completely different background than what we are used to, you bring different ideas that help us grow.

All the best teams in life—not only in motorsports, but also in corporate America—are composed of a diverse group of people, and that’s what we are looking for in our sport.”
